Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Someone had told me that this place was "ghetto" before I moved in but I did it anyways. BIG MISTAKE! I moved apartments 3 times due to dirty apartments or cockroach infestation. If you don't mind living with 100 HUGE cockroach's as roommates then this is the place for you. The first apt I moved into was discusting...stained carpets, cockroachs, and the clear smell of vomit coming from the kitchen. Its completly unsafe....drugs, thugs, trashy people, drug dealers, robberies, guns, you name it its there. Management is rude, unhelpful and mostly over run by kids who live there...how smart right? Yes its cheap but not cheap enough if I had known what it was like you have had to pay ME the $390 or whatever it is to live there these days. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE!!!!!!!!!!
