Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

there is to much to say in such little time, this is by far one of the worst experiences i have ever gone through. First off i had to sign a lease 3 times just because the management lost it, then i get stuck with 2 roommates who i specifically said i did not want to be paired up with!!! The one kid plays halo 24/7 and screams at the top of his lungs and plays his music so loud the walls shake! i have complained many times and no one has done anything about it. Also the first week i was in here i found a dead rat under my couch. you think they would have found that when they "cleaned up" also one night my friends and i heard gunshots, 5 minutes later a cop told us to go back inside, which by the way was the direction of where the gunshots came from. You cant take anyone seriously here because the managment is run by a bunch of kids! and the guy who runs the place has tons of tattoos and a NIPPLE RING!!! if i were you i would live under the highway with the bums before i pay for a shitty ass apartment here!
