Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

Apparently everybody enjoys giving this place a bad rep. cause it used to be a place to deal drugs, it used to be a place where all the gangsters live, I even have a friend who got jumped in the parking lot 2 years back. Now the place is under new management and things are looking up. No, its not gainesville place or one of those super fancy appt. complexes, but it is becoming much cleaner and management is doing its' best to straighten this place up. You cant exactly kick all the unwanted people out in one day, it will take a little while. so if you are looking for a place near campus thats convenient The Crossing at Santa Fe is it.
