Apartment Review for Santa Fe Pointe Apartments - Gainesville, FL

i moved into santa fe pointe back in may 05. i was upset that i had to live here because the first several months was a nightmare. my roommates did nothing. i don't even think they were students. the old management really did a number here. crime was high, drugs were everywhere and it seemed that no one cared. then in july another management company took it over and owe my god!! what a difference they have made. i actually have decided to sstay for another year. this place has become a lot of fun. management has so much for us students to do. i have attended someof the community events and they have really made this place great. plus there are students that live here now not just any one off the street. i highly recommend it to any student who wants a great place to live at a great price. as for the review i read before this one. the property manager is awesome. he really works hard an you can tell he cares. for the record he runs the proprety like a professional. who ever wrote the reveiw before really doesn't know what he/she is saying. the person probobly has never even hungout with the staff or us residents.
