This place is as shitty as it gets. Utilities suck, maintance is retarded, and its the ghetto. No one has parties, cops are called out a lot for illegal purposes. And their wanting to raise rent to $499 ha id rather take the 20 min drive across gainesville than the 2 min drive to get to SFCC.  Need to rent an apartment?
