Apartment Review for Saul Silber Properties - Sw Villas - Gainesville, FL

This company (Saul Silber Properties) is awful. They moved me into a unit which had carpeting that smelled like cat pee. Even after several complaints they never did anything to fix the smell. They then charged me upon move out to clean the carpet so that they could use it in another unit. They also charged me $200 to repaint the unit when we never tuched the walls. Dealing with the company has been the biggest nightmare and I would not recommend it to anyone.
