Apartment Review for Spyglass Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I cannot say enough bad things about this apartment. The maintainence takes forever, they came to fix our sink 6 times (How long does it take to fix a leak???) The office staff lacks intelligence, and they do not care about their renters once they have your name on the lease. You pay a substancial amount more for rent to live in a gated community in which the gates A) aren't working and are open or B) aren't working and you can't get through. They say they have a hot tub. It worked for 2 months of the 12 I lived there (it was cracked?!?!) The apartments are hideous, the appliances are old and outdated, the pet fees are OUTRAGEOUS. They are understaffed maintaince wise. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy, I was glad to leave. Don't sign here, you're signing away your sanity.
