Apartment Review for Spyglass Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I have been here a year. It's quiet with a mix of families, single people, and college students. Near the mall, but besides that it seems far away from most everything. The people up front are nice. It is fairly lax (pets and such if you are quiet and clean about it). Everything is decent, but it's getting more and more expensive- even compared to other complexes. Most of the reviews besides this one are quite accurate I'd say. I had a few initial problems with maintenance. The roommate matching definitely did not work out. Overall, kind of dull around here. The outside is kept up very well-not so much for the inside.
