Terrible place to live if you want to be able to study or sleep. Every single weekend night when the bars get out the place is flooded by drunk kids yelling in spanish at 4am. My neighbors played music with thumping bass all day and night, and management refused to do anything about it. - gates are never closed - they got rid of the security guard - not quiet at all Thugs drive in and out playing music from their cars. The water stinks and bugs are everywhere. construction is bad. Do not rent here now. They lie and cheat you. you will NOT get your deposit back, even if you leave it immaculate.
