I live in the old phase and love my apartment. It is very spacious with lots of storage. However, I can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in all the apartments around me. I have been woken up by my neighbors alarm clock going off. My upstairs neighbor is incredibly loud, a combination of old flooring and he's a loud walker. Management is nothing spectacular. It takes a long time for maintainance to fix problems. They also tow, which is another hassle, although they do offer visitor passes, which is helpful. If you're going to live here, make sure to get a top floor, and try to get an apartment on the end. Also, only live here if you don't care about management quality or how long it takes to get something fixed, including emergency situations because half the time they don't answer emergency pages. I have also had to call maintainance several times to fix the same problem they
