Apartment Review for Stoneridge Apartments - Gainesville, FL

The location and amenities are great. Apartment itself was nice, but the management is the worst I've ever dealt with. It took almost a week to get our lock on our mailbox working. The apartment was filthy when we moved in and had to clean it ourselves despite the $100 they charged the previous residents for a "cleaning service." I had to leave halfway through my lease for military service, and they tried to stick my roommate with the enitre rent, even though it was a single lease and should have been broken. A lawyer ended up getting involved and solved the problem. They screwed us over on the security deposit; lost half the money for "misc" things. Ironic because we were both out of state when they did their final walkthrough.
