I have lived here 3 years and this year I found out my entire building attic is INFESTED with RATS!!! Yes, disease carrying bacteria infested rats! Yeah it is a good price but definitely not worth this. I have had 3 dead rats in my KITCHEN in the last week and a half! Also they are not very good about informing residences of early morning construction ahead of time! Very annoying for a college student.  Need to rent an apartment?
