Apartment Review for Stoneridge Apartments - Gainesville, FL

The apartments are cheap and big, but you can hear everything your neighbors say and do. The office staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. For whatever reason, they feel the need to lock the laundry rooms at night and frequently forget to unlock them on the weekends. There are also no quarter machines in the laundry room. They close the office early almost every day. I had to contact maintenance three times before they finally showed up several days later after a pipe under the kitchen sink broke and flooded the cabinets. Visitors can rarely find parking. There's only one set of recycling bins despite the massive size of the complex and the owner's supposed dedication to the environment.
