The location is prime, and that's what you'll be (over)paying for. Close to Shands, Vet school and UF, but the new management is useless, and the place needs a serious makeover. While I stayed there for 3 years, the old management was awesome, but the new ones suck!!! Good luck to anyone foolish enough to try their hand with the newbies!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
