Apartment Review for Sun Harbor - Gainesville, FL

I won't repeat everything other reviewers said, because it's all true!! I have to say that the maintenance people are OK, but they are overworked: Just a few guys to attend to 3 apartment complexes!!

The management is horrible, and they treat you like you are just a big pain in the ass and they are doing you a great favor just to let you live here.

And if you come here, be prepared to move out: they will rent you apto to someone else withou even talking to you first. And they won't tell you anything until you go there and find out! Imagine my surprise when I recently met the person who RENTED my apartment for next fall, and I wasn't even thinking of moving out! The management has no respect whatsoever for the tenants. There are also safety and noise issues.

BTW, one thing that hasn't been mentioned: the pool is always yucky.

In summary, if you have ANY self-respect, DON'T COME HERE!!
