Apartment Review for Sun Harbor - Gainesville, FL

It seems like no one has anything good to say about Sun Harbor, so I let's get some things straight... 1.) Several notices are posted (on your front door, in newsletters, etc.) reminding residents to renew their leases or apartments will be rented to new tenants. If you don't renew in time, it's your own fault. 2.) I've never had a problem with management being anything but courteous, although I haven't needed them on more than a few occasions. 3.) The pool area is very nice, albeit small, and very clean. 4.) All in all, for the price you pay, this is one of the best apartment complexes you'll find. The laundry facilities are lacking, to say the least, but you can always go across the parking lot to Sun Key. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to live for a year or two, check it out.
