Apartment Review for Sunrise Apartments - Gainesville, FL

they keep your security deposit. they paint and clean carpet with it even if there is no damage to any of those. have no money to go to court so after a lot of time could not get it back. so decided to raise my voice and tell people about their malpractices. please do not go there if you want your deposit back (which is not supposed to be a redecoration fee). i never painted or do anything and they charged me for that. other complains are the super, super old a/c unit. is much older than the one in the model but they do not show you the apt you'd be in till you sign the contract. the electrical outlets do not work. at least half of the ones in my unit. told them to fix it and they told me they worked ok. although no electrical device would work on them... no recomend
