Apartment Review for The Courtyards - Gainesville, FL

Courtyards motto is location, location, everything else sucks. Dirty, loud, gate does nothing, walls are thin, absolutely ridiculous parking policy. They fix stuff quick, which is good, b/c everything is so old it breaks every other week. My dishwasher breaks at least once a week. The faucet downstairs spews up some black crap every now and then. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, RIP OFF ALERT!!!
