Apartment Review for The Courtyards - Gainesville, FL

Courtyards is so close to all of my classes, closer than I used to be in the dorms. Its not a brand new building, but the quality of service is excellent now. They will really go out of their way to help you with anything! Renovations seem to be going on and maintence shows up the same day they even talk to you about what they fixed and what they had to do! I think that's awesome! The staff is great. Everyone is friendly and very helpful.
