Apartment Review for The Courtyards - Gainesville, FL

I can honestly say that looks don't count for everything! I lived at other places around and in the dorms. Courtyards is by far the best. The apartments are really good size, furniture is included and its not like you're sitting on cardboard like at some places! Its not brand new but you can't beat the location, price and service you get from Courtyards! The office people are always helpful and always seem to be in a good mood (from what I've seen). Maintenance is awesome here. These people care and that is a really nice change :)
