Apartment Review for The Flats At Tioga Town Center - Gainesville, FL

It is a very nice apartment complex. I was very excited about relocating from out of town. I paid my deposit and app fee and got approved. I asked them what I owed when I moved in and it was the rest of the deposits and the first months rent. I reviewed the leasing contract that was sent over to me several days later and they mentioned all deposits and first and last months rent. They never mentioned first and lasts months rent. Had I know that I would have not even put an application fee down or deposit. Now they got my deposit and an upset client. Most apartments don't make you pay first and last rent. It usually just deposits. It was very misleading, so beware.
