Apartment Review for The Gardens Apartments - Gainesville, FL

I've lived in the Gardens and I cannot wait to move out. When i first moved in, the conditions were absolutely disguisting! The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke ( even the celing fan was yellow due to the smoke), the carpet had numerous cigarette burns and their was this disguisting greasy residue on everything. Everything there breaks and be prepared to spend some hardcore cash on your electric bill. There is absolutely no insulation, so it never truly cools down. Do yourself a favor and RUN!!!!!
