Apartment Review for The Paddock Club Of Gainesville - Gainesville, FL

This is one of the worst apartments ever. Lets start out with the apartment itself. They are way way way overpriced for their size. The walls are paper thin, you can hear what everyone in your building do crystal clear.

The management is beyond horrible. The office has hours, but they are never followed, sometimes they will close 4-5 hours early. Which means if you have a package (which is kept in the office), you will just have to wait. All of the office workers are also very very rude. They will not listen to you at all. The kind of people that think they are right about everything and you are wrong.

The gates never work and the vacuum in the car care center never works.

This complex has problem after problem and you would have to be crazy to like it here after you move in.
