Apartment Review for The Polos - Gainesville, FL

This place is great. There is an exercise room, tanning bed, computer room, billiard room and three pools. It's quiet, esp. if u live on a 2nd floor apartment. It's clean, never seen a bug except for a couple silverfish. IF u do get bugs, just close your drains so they dont come in at night. IT's remodeled so it looks great. You can rent movies for free. The maintenance guys are soooooooooooooooo nice. But the leasing office and its staff are a nightmare. The girls are major bitches and the manager doesn't give a crap about you. Beware where you sign because they might spring u with surprise fees you don't know about. Parking is great, there is always a space, but you have to throw ur trash far away in the two bins in the whole complex. Bus stop is great because u always have a seat (its the end of the route) in the mornings. it's a pretty great place to live and it's not very expensive at all. Sometimes you might have to push a little harder to get odds and ends fixed, because the management sucks at the office, but all in all it's pretty good.
