Apartment Review for The Woods - Gainesville, FL

All in all the apartment is nice. The model you'll see may or may not (most likely not) look like your actual apartment. Small things will be missing like the convenient shelves in the kitchen, the appealing color scheme. There really not that bad, but not that great either. Little small; if it's not your first place & you have a few things you've collected - look elsewhere. Office staff is nice if not a little uninterested. Maintenance is prompt, yardwork is intrusive, laundry room is adequate. The pool however is just a
