Apartment Review for Towne Parc - Gainesville, FL

I signed a lease here for $545 for a one bedroom. By the time I left 9 months later, my rent was over $600. They raise the rent without telling you. The apartments are a piece of crap!!! My hot water heater broke twice and it took them nearly a week to fix it each time. The electrical is horrible too. I had many outages while I lived there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They charge too much for the crappy apartment you get.
