HORRIBLE with NOISE!

Pros: 1- Nice Floor Plan Cons: 1- As indicated by other reviewers, the walls and floors are VERY thin that you technically can hear everything. Unless you have quiet neighbores, or else you wouldn't be able to go to study and to sleep. 2- Very shabby looking. The staircase is old and smelly. 3- Room is a little too small; but that is my personal opinion only.  Need to rent an apartment?
