The previous review is long out dated and simply incorrect. Tumblin' Creek is mostly owner-occupied with some student-oriented rental units. Several years ago, the neighborhood changed, it is now in the middle of some of the best and priciest condos that students can find. Tumblin' Creek Condo Association is now under new and responsive management. Maintenance is superb and the Creek has long been cleaned up. The neighborhood is safe and clean. I ask you to take another look at Tumblin' Creek. You'll be able to find a safe, clean and beautifully located place to live, at an affordable price.
