Apartment Review for University Club Apartments - Gainesville, FL

everything was broken when i first moved in (air conditioner, big TV, stove top, washer/dryer, + ants in kitchen) takes a good 2 or 3 days for them to come out and fix stuff...need to be very persistent about it, plus most of the staff is extremely rude and doesnt care about fixing things; also can hear everything in the bedrooms from the common area; otherwise, great location, bus takes less than 10 minutes each time, and LOOKS pretty on the inside and IS pretty on the outside
