Apartment Review for University Club Apartments - Gainesville, FL

i lived there for a year and when i moved in there were stains on my carpet, and this was noted on a check list provided by the complex. and when it came time to get my deposit back they charged me for sending the letter, and they charged me for replacing the carpet. they never returned me phone calls, and after six months it was handed over to the main office in Tallahassee, to make a long story short almost a year later, they still won't return my phone calls and i haven't received the remainder of my deposit. if you are going to live here, make sure that you note anything worng when you move in. and another note, if you live on the first floor, you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the apartment above you! and i don't know why they even have the gates at the front because half the time they arent' even down, especially during the holidays when no one is there!
