Security gates at the entrance to every building and well lit. Parking is superior to most complexes, in that the lot is huge with plenty of spaces for tenants and guests.

The bus stops 50 feet from the buildings and takes you right into campus, just 1/4 mile away. Restaurants, shops and 24-hour grocery store is within walking distance.

There are lots of places to live in Gainesville, but University Terrace West is one of the best, plus you can live in the condos with three other friends (4/4 units).
